Junior Copywriter

As a Junior Copywriter at OLIVER, you will play a crucial role in creating stunning and effective content and digital media campaigns for leading brands. Your primary responsibility will be to write, research, and conceptualize innovative content that resonates with audiences and encourages sharing. You will work closely with clients to develop strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all written content. Key Responsibilities: - Write short and long-form articles, repurpose existing content for different uses, and master a variety of brand voices - Post and occasionally manage online reputation management for the brand - Collaborate with other creatives to conceptualize larger projects such as videos, key visuals, and social media campaigns - Stay informed about relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities - Work with internal teams to gather input and validate content - Present and articulate concepts to clients - Ideate and execute in-house video content creation - Organize and post scheduled content across the brand's social media accounts Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in writing for digital platforms, with a focus on creating content with SEO in mind - Background in a corporate or journalism environment - Thorough understanding of writing for beauty brands - Interest in social media and the beauty industry - Experience with publishing through social media channels and content management systems - Ability to use data and insight to inform creative decisions - Strong conceptual thinking skills and experience working as part of a creative team - Demonstrated ability to translate complex material into engaging stories for target audiences - Confident presentation and communication skills - Passion for AI and new technologies - Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but not required; ability to learn and understand AI tools is critical OLIVER's values drive our mission, encouraging ambition, imagination, inspiration, continuous learning, and results-focused work.
