Role: Junior Copywriter Location: Mumbai, India About the role: Working collaboratively with our clients with a shared goal of being the leading agency partner for developing stunning and effective Needs-based content and digital media campaigns. The brands we work with focus on contemporary thinking, utilizing in-depth insights for digital strategy and content advertising, and are committed to sustainability and brand purpose. Therefore, our work involves integrating creative thinking into every brief, regardless of scale. As a Junior Copywriter, you will play a vital role in the team. Your responsibilities will include combining a deep understanding of beauty industry trends with skills such as copywriting, investigative research, script writing, conceptual thinking, and content project planning. Your primary focus will be on writing for digital/web, adapting brand voices to the digital landscape, advising on consumer-connecting content, and integrating SEO strategies. Additionally, you may collaborate with other creatives on larger projects and interact directly with clients due to OLIVER's in-house agency model. What you will be doing: - Write, research, and conceptualize creative and innovative content to engage readers and encourage sharing - Create short and long-form articles and repurpose existing content for various uses - Master different brand voices and manage posting and occasional ORM for the brand - Collaborate with clients to develop strong concepts from initial briefing to execution - Set the tone and drive creativity, ensuring creative excellence in collaboration with the Creative Director-Copy and Data Strategists - Stay updated on trending topics and news to identify content opportunities - Gather input and validate content with internal teams, ensuring consistency and quality - Present and articulate concepts to clients and ideate and execute in-house video content creation - Schedule and post content across the brand's social media accounts What you need to be great in this role: - 1+ years of strong experience in digital writing with SEO expertise - Background in corporate or journalism environments - Understanding of language and needs specific to writing for beauty brands - Interest in social media and the beauty industry - Experience with publishing on social media channels and content management systems - Ability to use data and insights to inform creative decisions - Conceptual thinking ability and experience working in a traditional creative team - Skilled at translating complex material into engaging content for target audiences - Confident in presenting and communicating with team members and clients - Passion for AI and new technologies, with knowledge of AI tools being beneficial Our values shape everything we do: - Be Ambitious - Be Imaginative - Be Inspirational - Be always learning - Be Results-focused - Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist OLIVER has set ambitious sustainability goals, embedding environmental considerations into every aspect of our projects.,
