Junior Civil Design Engineer

As a Junior Civil Design Engineer at our Client Company in Tiruppur, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of civil and structural drawings for water and wastewater treatment projects. This role will involve drafting layout plans, foundation details, tank sections, and RCC structures using AutoCAD. Furthermore, you will support in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs, working under senior engineers to ensure that the drawings meet project and safety standards. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with other departments such as mechanical and electrical for integrated designs. There may be occasions where you will need to visit sites for drawing clarification and basic supervision. It is essential to maintain documentation and drawing revisions properly to ensure accuracy and consistency. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 02 years of experience in civil design. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and civil construction drawings is required, along with a willingness to learn and work under guidance. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
