The Junior Business Development Executive focuses on identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the company's growth. This role requires leveraging knowledge of IT services and freelancing platforms to source new leads, support sales efforts, and ensure smooth communication between the company and clients. Flexibility in working hours, negotiation, and understanding market trends are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:-Actively research and identify new business opportunities on freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, and PPH.-Build and maintain client relationships by engaging in client chats, emails, and calls to understand project requirements and offer suitable IT solutions.-Assist in preparing project proposals, responding to client queries, and negotiating project terms.-Stay updated with industry trends, IT technologies, and frameworks to identify business needs and opportunities.-Monitor and manage client accounts on freelancing platforms, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.-Participate in sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain potential clients.
Key Skills:
-Knowledge of IT technologies, frameworks, and freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PPH).-Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies.-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for client interaction.-Ability to effectively negotiate project terms and pricing.-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing client relationships and project proposals.-Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to handle both day and rotational shifts.Timings: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
