Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business & CRM (LeadSquared) data, ensuring accuracy & consistency.
  
• Perform ETL using

  SQL

  (mandatory) & basic

  Python

  (preferred).
• Build reports/dashboards in

  Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets

  .
• Deliver insights on sales, leads & performance metrics.
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Tech & Academics for process improvements.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Stats/Maths/Economics or related.
  
• 0.6 – 2 years in analytics, business analysis, or ops (internships count).
  
• Strong

  SQL

  skills; Excel/Sheets expertise.
• Exposure to BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) & CRM platforms is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical & communication skills.
