Junior Associate Engineer

Role Overview: As a Junior Associate Engineer in Thrissur, you will work closely with senior network engineers and IT professionals to assist in the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the company's network infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the design, implementation, and support of LAN/WAN network systems, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues efficiently, and providing technical support to end-users. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, implementation, and support of LAN/WAN network systems. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues efficiently. - Implement basic network security measures to safeguard data and infrastructure. - Provide technical support to end-users and address network-related service requests. - Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and resolutions. - Collaborate with internal teams for network-related projects. - Follow standard service desk protocols and update ticketing systems regularly. - Maintain IT inventory, warranty records, and configuration documents. - Ensure compliance with internal processes, HR policies, and attendance reporting. Qualification Required: - Graduate or above in a relevant field. - 01 year of experience in network support or IT infrastructure. - Basic understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. - Knowledge of network security principles. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Details: - Industry certifications in the networking domain like CCNA, CompTIA N+, or any firewall OEM certifications are preferred. - Soft skills and personality traits required include being professional, courteous, having strong work ethics, confidentiality, effective team player, punctual, committed, and responsible in customer interactions.
