Junior Art Director Bengaluru (On-site) Overview Are you a passionate and imaginative designer with a flair for impactful visual storytelling? Tempest Advertising is seeking a dynamic Art Director to bring bold ideas to life across diverse media platforms. In this role, you ll work closely with senior creative leaders to develop high-quality visual concepts that inspire, engage, and drive results. Key Responsibilities Work closely with senior creatives to bring briefs to life through smart, eye-catching visual ideas Come up with original, on-brand concepts that hit the mark and communicate clearly Design everything from social media posts and digital ads to print collaterals and video graphics Stick to brand guidelines while keeping things fresh, consistent, and creatively sharp Collaborate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and creative leads to build strong, cohesive campaigns Keep an eye on what s trending in design, tech, and pop culture, and bring those insights into your work Juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines or letting quality slip Be an active voice in brainstorms, we value ideas, not just execution Support senior art directors with design development, mock-ups, and refining visual directions What We re Looking For A real love for great advertising, design that tells a story, and ideas that stick 4 6 years of solid experience in a fast-paced creative agency setup Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (bonus if you know After Effects or Figma) Comfortable switching gears, you ll be working on multiple brands, often back-to-back pitches A solid understanding of design principles, from typography and layout to colour theory and visual hierarchy Calm under pressure, even when timelines are tight, you get the job done without cutting corners A sharp eye for detail and a natural sense of aesthetics Good communicator and a true team player, you re open, collaborative, and solution-oriented Someone who takes ownership of their work, thinks proactively, and isn t afraid to share bold, creative ideas About Tempest Advertising At Tempest, we celebrate excellent creative work and every individual who is part of the creative process.
