Junior Architect

You will be working as a Junior Architect in Surat, Gujarat, on a full-time basis with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Architecture, Construction, or Interior Design industry. Your role will involve supporting senior architects and project teams in various architectural projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of architectural designs, presentations, and working drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. You will collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design clarity and project requirements are met. Additionally, you will be involved in 3D modeling, rendering, and creating presentation layouts for client meetings. Moreover, you will be supporting the preparation of BOQs, tender documents, and material specifications. To be eligible for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office is preferred. Knowledge of Lumion/V-Ray will be considered a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with familiarity with local building bye-laws and municipal regulations.,
