Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Junior Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This hybrid role offers opportunities to work on exciting architectural projects that challenge both creativity and technical skill, with occasional site visits

What You’ll Do

✨ Develop architectural designs and concepts

✨ Create 3D models and renderings (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape)

✨ Prepare detailed 2D drawings and AutoCAD documentation

✨ Coordinate with clients, vendors & site teams

✨ Supervise sites and assist in BOQ preparation & costing

What We’re Looking For

🎓 B.Arch degree (mandatory)

💼 1–3 years of relevant architectural experience

💻 Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp & rendering software

🏗️ Knowledge of site supervision & project coordination

📋 Ability to prepare BOQs and manage costing

Additional Info

💰 Compensation: ~₹16,000 (performance-based stipend/salary)

📍Preferred candidates: Based in or near Coimbatore

🗓️ Joining Date: December 1st
