B. Arch /D-Arch/BE civil/DCE civil with 3 to 5 years of experience with “Architectural Consultancy” organizations preferably associated with design and development of Individual Bungalows and Township projects. Experience in Interior Design Drawings will be added advantage..

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JUNIOR DESIGNER

Responsible for the planning & design of multiple projects, and deliver the project objectives

 Prepare project brief and design briefs

 Posses Strong Design and drafting skills using AutoCad, Hands on experience in Sketchup, Revit, 3d Studio, Adobe Photoshop will be added advantage

 Capable to handle multiple projects.

 Capable to draft architectural drawings with high quality Detailing.

 Must have strong skills in Photo realistic Rendering.

 Cordial Coordination with client and other project associates throughout the project design and construction stage.

 Need to have knowledge about MEP and structural design.

 Should have experience in design and documentation and error reporting procedures

 Develop specifications, sample approvals, etc

 Keep all construction drawings and documents in order

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
