Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, presentations, and construction drawings.
• Support senior architects in creating layouts, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Project, Planning, Sales) & External agencies for design feedback and revisions.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Research materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
• Contribute to conceptual design ideas and brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain and update architectural documentation and design databases

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or architectural firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of local building codes and regulations
• Strong visual awareness, technical ability, and attention to detail.
