Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect at Resonate Designs, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces into experiences through innovation, functionality, and sustainability. Your focus will not only be on design but also on integrating AI into the creative process. Key Responsibilities: - Draft precise 2D drawings including layouts, plans, and technical details - Create impactful presentations for luxury residential interiors & exteriors - Utilize AI-based design tools to enhance concept development & visualization - Collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and site teams - Adapt designs based on client feedback and project requirements Qualifications Required: - B.Arch degree with 2-3 years of experience in luxury residential design - Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, along with knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and Revit - Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALLE, or generative design software is preferred - Strong passion for innovative design, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines At Resonate Designs, you will have the opportunity to work on live luxury residential projects and gain exposure to cutting-edge AI design workflows.
