Position: Architect
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Create detailed working drawings, presentations, and BOQs
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with the team
• Oversee site execution to maintain design intent and quality

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Lumion/Enscape is a plus
• Strong design and visualization skills with an eye for detail
• Good understanding of materials, building codes, and construction methods
• Effective communication and project coordination skills
• A portfolio that reflects creativity, clarity, and technical competence
