Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect, based in Mumbai. The Junior Architect will collaborate on architectural design projects, contribute to project planning and management, and assist in integrating innovative construction technologies. Responsibilities include creating designs, developing models, and ensuring that project requirements align with company goals for quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and building codes
• Basic knowledge of Software Development and Integration for design and construction tools
• Skills in Project Management, including time management and collaborative teamwork
• Strong visualization and creative problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related tools
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Candidates with experience of 1-2 years will be preferred
• Passion for sustainable design and innovative construction methodologies is a plus
