About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Architect with hands-on experience in high-rise building planning, compliance with DCPR guidelines, coordination with consultants, and FSI calculations. The ideal candidate should be able to support architectural planning, design documentation, and approval processes in alignment with project requirements and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D design documentation for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Apply DCPR rules, bye-laws, and relevant development regulations during planning stages.
• Perform and verify FSI (Floor Space Index) and Built-Up Area calculations as per applicable norms.
• Prepare required documentation, presentation drawings, and submission drawings for approvals with authorities.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape architects, façade consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment and integration of designs.
• Support senior architects and project leads in design development, checking drawings, and updating revisions.
• Assist Project Management and Site Execution teams by resolving architectural detailing and drawing queries.
• Maintain version control of drawings and ensure timely updates based on feedback.
• Conduct research on materials, technologies, design trends, and regulatory updates.
• Attend design review meetings and maintain project documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of DCPR guidelines, FSI norms, municipal regulations, and development control rules.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• MS Office
• Photoshop / Illustrator (optional but preferred)
• Strong conceptual and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external consultants.
• Detail-oriented mindset with analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural design, preferably in high-rise real estate development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
