Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will assist in the design, planning, and execution of various architectural projects. You will collaborate with senior architects and engineers to create innovative, functional, and sustainable designs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and drafting of architectural designs and blueprints. Prepare and review project proposals, including design concepts, cost estimates, and timelines. Create 3D models and renderings to visualize designs. Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure proper implementation of designs. Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient project delivery within deadlines. Participate in meetings with clients and contractors, providing updates on project progress. Maintain awareness of current design trends and building technologies. Requirements: Master's degree in Architecture or related field. 1-4 years of experience in architectural design or internships in an architectural firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the architectural field.
