Junior Architect

• Client Consultation: Work with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Conceptual Design: Develop innovative design concepts that address functionality, aesthetics, and the building's structure.
• Spatial Planning: Plan the layout of interior spaces to optimize flow and usability.
• Technical Design & Documentation:Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications using design software like CAD.
• Material & Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative elements that enhance the interior.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other professionals to execute the design.
• Code & Regulation Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections to monitor the implementation of the design and the placement of materials and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
