Junior Architect / Draughtsman

We are seeking a Draughtsman with 4–6 years of experience in preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings for architectural, interior & retail projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch-up software, with a solid understanding of design principles, materials, and construction detailing. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to translate concepts into precise drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural/interior/structural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or relevant software
• Interpret sketches, verbal instructions, and design concepts
• Develop and revise working drawings, sections, elevations, and details
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with standards
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions
• Assist in preparing drawings for client presentations and construction documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings reflect design intent and practical execution
• Update drawings based on site changes or client feedback during construction

Qualifications & Experiences

• Diploma or certification in Draughtsman ship, Architecture.
• 4-6 years of professional experience as a Draughtsman in architecture & interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; with understanding and Knowledge of SketchUp.
• Should have ability to coordinate with external consultants like MEP, Structure, landscape, quantity surveying Etc.
• Good understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction techniques
• Ability to read and understand architectural/engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,295.55 - ₹34,251.27 per month
