Position: Architect / Interior Designer

DESIGN CREATION

We are seeking talented Architects / Interior Designers to join our dynamic design team. This is an exciting opportunity for both junior and senior team members to contribute to the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural and interior design projects within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

For Junior Team Members:

- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and presentations.

- Produce detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software and basic 3D modeling.

- Assist in site analysis and contribute to the development of project briefs.

- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations.

*For Senior Team Members:*

- Lead the development of design concepts and presentations, guiding junior team members.

- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring design integrity and compliance.

- Conduct comprehensive site analyses and take the lead in developing project briefs.

- Mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and development within the team.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting design solutions and managing client expectations.

Qualifications:

*For All applicants:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- 0-1 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior design.

- Proficiency in CAD software and basic 3D modeling tools.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- A passion for design and eagerness to learn.
