Junior Android Developer

As an Android App Developer / IT Technical Executive at our company located in Chh. Sambhajinagar, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications used by sales, field, and distribution teams. You should ensure that the app performance, functionality, and usability align with business requirements. Monitoring app analytics, crash reports, and user feedback will be essential for continuous improvement. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line technical support to users encountering issues with the mobile application. Additionally, you will be required to train field staff or internal users on app features and updates. Collaborating with IT vendors for escalated issues or major releases will also fall under your purview. You will work on system integration, ensuring seamless data flow between the apps and internal platforms such as ERP, CRM, and inventory systems. Developing APIs or integrating third-party APIs when necessary will be crucial for this role. Maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and version control will be part of your routine tasks. Generating regular reports on app usage, downtime, and issue resolutions will help in tracking the app performance effectively. In terms of security and compliance, you must ensure that mobile applications comply with company data protection and privacy policies. Monitoring the app for potential security vulnerabilities and updating it as required will be necessary to safeguard sensitive information. If you possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in Android development or mobile app support, and have a strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Android SDK, Firebase, and REST APIs, we encourage you to apply for this full-time, permanent position.
