While the qualifications listed below are ideal, we are open to considering candidates with relevant experience and talent, even if they do not meet all the criteria. **Essential Job Functions:** - Address and resolve daily user-reported issues within SLA timelines. - Conduct defect fixes and debugging using tools such as clipboard, Tracer, and Live UI. - Utilize PDC for monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging solutions. - Proficiency in creating Pega Cloud Tickets/Requests. - Take the lead in incident management and provide guidance to team members. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and level, acting as a communication focal point for involved resources. - Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as Production health checks. - Understand designs and support the analysis/implementation of PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Correspondence, Case Management, Data Pages, Agents, UI design, Dashboards, and Reports. **Supplemental Job Functions:** - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and undertake on-call responsibilities. - Perform additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in application support/enhancement in Pega PRPC V8.x. - Proficient in using PDC for troubleshooting and monitoring. - Pega Certified Systems Architect (CSA). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive incident communication and maintain continuous engagement with affected users and business stakeholders. - Capability to collaborate with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure. - Familiarity with various Pega rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, and Reports. - Knowledge of Core Java & Relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgresSQL). - Basic understanding of Pega Admin Studio. - Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now. - Preferably experienced with Agile methodology.
