Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Equity Research team in FINNOVATE. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis and research, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough financial analysis and research on equities and related companies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with senior analysts and portfolio managers to develop investment strategies.
Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the equity markets.
Assist in preparing client-facing materials, such as newsletters and presentations.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, valuation, and risk management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Proficiency in financial software and databases, such as Bloomberg or FactSet.
Ability to think critically and make sound judgments under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
