Junior Advocate

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to handle all legal matters related to real estate projects, property documentation, compliance, agreements, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA, land acquisition, property registration, and corporate legal practices. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, MOUs, JV agreements, and property contracts. Conduct due diligence for land/property documents and verify clear title ownership. Handle RERA compliance, approvals, and documentation. Manage litigation matters, coordinate with external law firms, and represent the company when required. Provide legal opinions on property acquisition, land disputes, and regulatory matters. Assist in registration processes at government offices (sub-registrar, revenue department, etc.). Ensure all real estate projects comply with local, state, and central laws. Negotiate legal terms with clients, builders, vendors, and contractors. Maintain updated knowledge of property laws, stamp duty rules, and compliance requirements. Prepare legal notices, replies, and handle dispute resolution.
