Justicewings Lexedge Solutions LLP is inviting applications for the following full-time roles at our office.

Position 1: Advocate (Full-Time)

· Experience: 1–2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

· Work Profile:

o Predominantly corporate and transactional work

o Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

o Regulatory advisory

o Exposure to litigation and compliance work (Approx. 70% Corporate | 30%

Litigation & Compliance)

· Mode: Work from Office

· Remuneration: Up to ₹20,000/month (inclusive of incentives and travel)

· Eligibility: Qualified and enrolled Advocate with relevant experience

· Preference: Immediate joiners and candidates residing in/around Noida

Position 2: Legal / CS Intern (Full-Time)

· Stipend: ₹10,000/month (approx.)

· Work Profile:

o Corporate legal research

o Contract drafting and compliance

o Regulatory advisory

o Litigation support (Approx. 50% Corporate | 50% Litigation & Compliance)

· Mode: Work from Office

· Eligibility: Law or CS students with full-time availability

· Preference: Candidates available for a clearly defined internship duration (minimum 2–3 months)
