Job Title: Junior Advocate (Full-Time) Organization: Shree Aath Koti Nani Paksh Sthanakvasi Jain Sangh, Mumbai Type: Full-Time, On-Site Department: Legal & Compliance About Us Shree Aath Koti Nani Paksh Sthanakvasi Jain Sangh, Mumbai is a respected charitable trust engaged in religious, social, and community development activities. As a trustee-managed organization, we require a dedicated Junior Advocate to assist in legal compliance, documentation, and coordination with government authorities. Job Description We are looking for a Full-Time Junior Advocate to support our trust in legal documentation, drafting, compliance work, and coordinating with legal authorities. The candidate should have basic legal knowledge and willingness to learn trust-related laws and procedures. Key Responsibilities Draft and review legal documents, letters, notices, affidavits, and applications Handle documentation and filings with the Charity Commissioner , Registrar of Trusts , and other government bodies Assist in compliance related to Trust Act, 80G, 12A, CSR documentation, audit queries, etc. Coordinate with senior advocates, auditors, and trustees Maintain legal files, agreements, and case records systematically Attend hearings, meetings, and office appointments when required Follow up with government departments for approvals, certifications, and updates Support trustees with administrative and legal tasks Ensure timely completion of compliance obligations and legal deadlines Required Qualifications & Skills LLB degree from a recognized university 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome) Basic knowledge of legal drafting and documentation Understanding of trust laws / charity laws (preferred but not mandatory) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Strong documentation and record-keeping ability Well-organized, responsible, and willing to learn Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity Experience Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in legal/NGO/office practice Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
