Junior Advocate – Roles and ResponsibilitiesLegal Support Assist senior advocates in legal research and case preparation. Draft basic legal documents, such as notices, replies, affidavits, and applications. Help prepare case files, compile evidence, and maintain legal records. Court Work Attend court proceedings to assist senior lawyers. File documents with various courts (District Courts, High Court, Tribunals). Observe and take notes during hearings, trials, and client meetings. Client Interaction Support client communication under supervision. Schedule meetings and coordinate updates on case progress. Help gather case-related facts and documents from clients. Legal Research Conduct research on statutes, case laws, legal articles, and precedents. Summarize findings and present them to seniors for strategic decisions. Administrative Tasks Maintain legal calendar and court schedules. Organize and manage case files, soft copies, and hard copies. Ensure timely delivery of documents to clients, courts, and counsel. Trademark Process Conduct preliminary trademark searches for availability. Prepare and file trademark applications with the IP Office. Track and manage deadlines for examination reports, responses, and renewals. Draft responses to examination reports and handle objections or oppositions under supervision. Coordinate with clients regarding classification, documentation, and application status. Maintain a trademark docketing system for ongoing and pending applications. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
