Position Overview

We are looking for Accounts Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of accounting processes, Tally ERP, invoicing, purchase and sales documentation, receivables/payables, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
• Handle Tally ERP Accounting Software.
• Prepare and process:
• E-invoices
• E-way bills
• Purchase bills
• Sales and purchase orders
• Quotations
• Credit notes
• Debit notes
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Perform bank entries and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain and verify expense vouchers.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Key Requirements

• Thorough working knowledge of Tally ERP Accounting Software.
• Knowledge of invoicing, billing, taxation-related documentation, and general accounting processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / MBA / BBA or equivalent qualification.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in accounting, preferably with hands-on Tally experience.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, fixed, based on experience and interview fitment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
