About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. You'll keep our books accurate and up to date and support month-end and year-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / Zoho Books
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B
Calculate and file TDS returns and issue TDS certificates
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and expense vouchers
Support payroll processing, including PF, ESI, and professional tax
Assist with month-end closing, MIS reports, and financial statements
Coordinate with auditors and chartered accountants during audits
Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance

Required Skills

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills

Good to Have

Experience with payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
Exposure to audits and finalisation of accounts
Knowledge of income tax filing
Pursuing CA Inter / CMA Inter
