Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with practical experience in accounting, GST, TDS, invoicing, and e-way bill generation. Candidates with experience in the MEP / Fire Fighting industry or a CA firm will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices and verify supporting documents.
• Handle GST calculations, returns-related data, and reconciliation.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.
• Generate and manage E-way bills & E-Invoice as per applicable requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and audit documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with applicable tax regulations.

equired Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Mandatory: Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in invoice processing and e-way bill generation.
• Mandatory: Working experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting procedures.
• Preferred: Candidates from the MEP / Fire Fighting industry or a CA firm.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
