We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Billing & Accounting to join our Finance & Accounts team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, invoice processing, Tally Prime, bank reconciliation, and GST and TDS compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, coordinating vendor payments, following up on outstanding receivables, and supporting monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Tax Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.
• Verify customer Purchase Orders (POs) and generate invoices as per agreed commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries, books of accounts, and ledgers in Tally Prime.
• Handle bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process vendor payments and maintain proper payment records.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and applicable statutory compliance.
• Support monthly MIS reporting and month-end accounting closure.
• Maintain proper financial records, supporting documents, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting and finance-related activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
• Experience in invoice processing and billing operations.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation.
• Understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com or M.Com from a recognized institution.
