Junior Accounts Executive

Role Overview: K2 Learning Resources India Private Limited, an education services company based in Bengaluru, is seeking an Accountant to join their team as an Executive. As an Accountant, your main responsibility will be to provide accurate bookkeeping and accounting services to the group companies under the guidance of the Finance Controller. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records using ERP - Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation - Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities - Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations - Ensure timely closure of books of accounts - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings - Create and manage financial reports, dashboards, and MIS using Microsoft Excel - Perform data analysis to support management decisions Qualification Required: - B. Com degree - CA Inter qualification - Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in similar roles Additional Company Details: K2 Learning Resources India Private Limited operates three schools in Bengaluru and Indore, with plans to launch two additional schools in the academic year 2025-26. The company aims to establish at least 15 more schools over the next decade, offering a dynamic environment for growth and development supported by a dedicated team of over 400 employees.
