Junior Accountant

Job description Job Title : Jr. Accountant Department : Accounts Reports To : Accounts Manager Location : Nashik Looking For An Immediate Joiner Summary : We seek enthusiastic and motivated experienced to join our dynamic Accounts team as Account Assistant. As an Account Assistant, you will be crucial in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities : - Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Process invoices, receipts, and payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable. - Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial reports. - Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. - Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations. - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation. - Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed. Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
