About the Role:

Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Daily tracking of expenses and updating expense sheets
Preparation of
Monthly Profit & Loss Statements
Monitoring
daily cash flow
, cash book updates, and settlement of accounts
Maintaining
payables tracking
, vendor reconciliations, and ageing reports
Preparing
salary reports
, attendance-based calculations and assisting in monthly payroll
Compilation and reporting for statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF/ESI)
Supporting documentation for audits and internal review
Coordinating with the back-office compliance team for timely submissions

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Hands-on experience in Tally/Excel (preferred)
Good analytical and documentation skills
Ability to maintain accuracy and timelines
Willingness to learn and work under senior guidance

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / Any Finance background
02 years of experience in accounting (freshers with good understanding can also apply)
