Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, etc.)
• Maintain records of receipts and payments
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes
• Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and ledgers
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the accounts team as needed

Requirements

• 0–6 months experience in accounting or finance
• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, or other accounting software
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
