As a Junior 2D Animator at our small indie game team, you will have the exciting opportunity to bring characters and environments to life in our upcoming single-player action RPG. Working closely with our Senior Animator, you will play a key role in creating movement and personality for the world we are building. **Key Responsibilities:** - Animate characters, creatures, and environmental elements for the action RPG. - Collaborate with the Senior Animator to understand animation style, pipelines, and feedback. - Prepare assets for animation and handle clean-up tasks as required. - Utilize Clip Studio Paint for core animation work. - Ensure seamless integration of animations into the game by collaborating with the art and programming teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Basic portfolio showcasing 2D animation skills (personal, academic, or professional projects). - Proficiency in Clip Studio Paint or eagerness to quickly learn the software. - Bonus: Familiarity with Moho, After Effects, or similar 2D animation tools. - Ability to receive and implement feedback, iterate on animations, and work independently on assigned tasks. - Strong communication skills with a focus on practical teamwork over personal ego.
