Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for processing transactions, managing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and commissions related to various transactions.
• Calculate income, expenses, and revenue based on different pricing models.
• Reconcile accounts between internal systems and bank partners.
• Prepare reconciliation dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze suspicious transactions and other external activities.
• Resolve queries regarding unreconciled and outstanding items with stakeholders.
• Manage meetings and address hurdles effectively.
• Manage escalations, SLAs, and turnaround times.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Foster strong team coordination and contribute to process improvement.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's in Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred).
• 4-7 years of experience in Banking, Loan Operations, or MIS (Management Information Systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joining preferred.
