Jr UXUI Designer

As a Jr UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various platforms - Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to enhance designs - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with user needs and business goals - Creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency - Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies - Optimizing designs for responsiveness and accessibility To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software - Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices - Experience with responsive and mobile-first design concepts - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would be advantageous - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred: - A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across different platforms This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hyderabad, with the opportunity to work remotely.,
