Jr. UI/UX Designer

You will be responsible for wireframing, creating low-fidelity wireframes to define the layout and structure of websites or apps. Additionally, you will be tasked with prototyping, where you will build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to visualize and test design concepts. Your role will involve designing clear user flows to ensure efficient product navigation and understanding typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability. Furthermore, you will utilize color theory effectively to create aesthetic harmony and user-friendly interfaces. You will design clear and consistent icons that align with the product's overall style, and use layout grids to ensure alignment, consistency, and clarity in your designs. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as you will be expected to deliver pixel-perfect designs with a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities will also include designing microinteractions, such as buttons, transitions, and animations, to enhance user experience. Using subtle animations and transitions, you will guide user attention and enhance interaction using tools like After Effects or Principle. Proficiency in UI design tools is essential for this role, including familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision for collaborative design and interactive prototyping. While front-end development skills are optional, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers and familiarity with JavaScript to understand interactive design elements will be beneficial.
