Jr. Systems Analyst

Role Overview: As a Jr. Systems Analyst at our company located in Pune, you will be a part of the IT application group where you will troubleshoot, debug, and document software code to ensure efficiency and consistency of critical IT applications. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and support existing interfaces with Retail solutions and document critical application functionality. - Interact with the production control team on production issues and resolve them within the SLA. - Design and develop new interfaces by leveraging current business flows, processes, and architecture. - Conduct tests to ensure functionality and quality control. - Collaborate with non-technical employees to quickly convert requirements into working code. - Implement new solutions to Retail/CRM systems as part of the development team. - Apply patches and upgrades in the development environment and thoroughly test them. - Develop custom reports and maintain system health for Retail and CRM solutions. - Provide production support and be available on-call. Qualification Required: - Strong Object-Oriented programming (OOAD and OOPS) skills. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to aid in troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Knowledge of Java, HTML, XML, Web services, and batch scripting. - Experience in Retail/CRM solutions is desirable. - Experience in the fashion industry is a plus. - Experience in Oracle Store Systems/Cloud-based POS systems is desirable. - Flexibility for night shifts. - Positive team player with excellent communication skills. - Ability to handle pager and support systems during nighttime. - Knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, or Jetty will be an added advantage.
