Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality content (reels, stories, posts) tailored for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Stay on top of trending formats, audios, and content styles to create engaging, share-worthy posts.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas.
• Manage day-to-day content creation ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics and voice.
• Assist in growing and maintaining an active, engaging online community.

Requirements

• Passion for social media content creation with a strong understanding of Instagram (reels, stories, trends, features, analytics).
• Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• A good eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling through visuals.
• Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to experiment with new formats.
• Freshers are welcome! Prior experience in content creation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bonus: If you manage your own personal/brand IG page with an aesthetic touch or have experience creating reels independently.
