Jr RPA Developer

You will be responsible for writing, testing, and implementing automation scripts using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Your role will involve executing predefined tasks and ensuring seamless communication and data flow by integrating RPA solutions with existing systems. Conducting thorough testing of automation scripts to identify and rectify errors or inefficiencies will be a key part of your job. You will also be required to maintain detailed documentation of automation processes to facilitate troubleshooting by other team members. Regularly assessing and enhancing existing automation processes to improve efficiency and adapt to changing business requirements will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, will be essential to understand their needs and customize automation solutions accordingly. Additionally, providing training and support to end-users and team members to facilitate a smooth transition to automated processes will be part of your responsibilities.
