JR. REBAR ESTIMATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION – REBAR ESTIMATOR

key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate rebar quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.
• Prepare bar lists and summaries based on the project scope.
• Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Incorporate client-specific requirements into the estimation process.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to clarify project details.
• Resolve discrepancies in project plans or specifications.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals and estimation reports.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and supporting documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in rebar estimation is preferred.
• 2 Years of experience in site engineer/Supervisor
• Freshers can also apply

Skills:

• Proficiency in estimation software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
