Jr. Product Management Executive Data Entry

Job Description: You will be joining Brain Bean Technolabs Pvt Ltd as a Jr. Product Management Executive (Data Entry). Your main responsibility will involve accurately managing and updating product data while supporting the product management team in their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong data entry skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work with product images and information regularly. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform accurate and timely data entry of product-related information. - Upload, update, and verify product images regularly for correctness and consistency. - Utilize advanced Excel functions (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for reporting, analysis, and maintaining product data sheets. - Review product details regularly to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. - Collaborate with the product management team to assist in daily operational activities. - Identify and rectify discrepancies in product data. - Maintain organized records of all product-related documentation. - Assist in generating product reports and tracking product performance. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product data flow and updates. Requirements: - Bachelors degree (preferred) or relevant diploma. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
