Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Merchandiser in day-to-day order follow-ups and buyer communications.
Coordinate with fabric, trims, and accessory teams to ensure timely availability.
Follow up with printing, dyeing, and production units for sampling and bulk approvals.
Prepare and maintain T&A (Time & Action) charts, order status, and reports.
Check samples for quality, measurements, and buyer requirements before submission.
Support in costing, order booking, and approvals under senior guidance.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
Handle documentation and records related to orders and merchandising.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in garment merchandising (preferably knitwear/kidswear).
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and production processes.
Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP systems for reporting.
Male candidate preferred.
