As a Design Engineer (Mechanical) / Trainer at ABC Trainings, you will play a crucial role in educating and training working professionals and graduate students specializing in Mechanical Engineering. Your primary responsibility will involve providing hands-on training across various domains and industry-standard software applications essential for thriving in the mechanical design and engineering sector. Your key responsibilities will include conducting training sessions covering a wide array of domains such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), Product Design, Analysis, Vehicle Design, Electric Vehicle Design, Tools Design, DIE Design, and more. You will also be expected to demonstrate proficiency in leading industry software tools like Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS, HyperMesh, AutoCAD, alongside other relevant software applications. Collaboration with the curriculum development team to craft comprehensive and industry-relevant training modules will be a significant aspect of your role. Additionally, you will facilitate hands-on learning experiences, workshops, and practical projects to enrich the participants" skills and knowledge. Regular assessment of trainees" progress, offering constructive feedback, and conducting evaluations to ensure the achievement of learning objectives will also fall under your purview. Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Mechanical Engineering is imperative to provide trainees with real-world insights.
