Jr. HRBP

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated departments
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and cultural integration of new hires
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms
• Conduct periodic one-on-ones, stay interviews, and pulse checks to ensure employee well-being and engagement
• Drive talent development initiatives including training, mentoring, and career pathing
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, guiding conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive workplace culture
• Partner with leadership for workforce planning, succession, and organizational design
• Support HR operations such as compliance, documentation, and policy implementation
• Use data and metrics to analyze trends and make proactive HR recommendations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,556.73 - ₹700,000.00 per year
