Jr. Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer in this role, you will have the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Designers to create visual designs for various web and mobile applications. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, basic HTML/HTML5 skills, and experience in UI/UX solutions will be crucial for this position. Your attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of the projects. Knowledge of CMS, email marketing platforms, and Sketch will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Create visual designs for web pages, landing pages, banners, emails, marketing & sales collateral, etc. - Collaborate with the development team to produce functional landing pages and campaigns. - Optimize user experience and conversion rates on webpages and landing pages using visual web optimizing tools. - Design email blasts for campaigns and websites. - Assist marketing in creating creative materials for Social Media sites. - Design and produce web UI elements such as menus, buttons, icons, etc. - Manage multiple concurrent projects successfully. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - Basic HTML/HTML5 skills. - Experience in developing UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of CMS and email marketing platforms. - Familiarity with Sketch is an advantage.
