Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preparation and revision of SOPs and to do necessary amendments.
Tablets/Capsules/ Liquid Orals & Intermediates - Final authorization of Raw and Packing materials for dispensing (Hardcopy BMR/BPR + ERP Indents) in absence of Dy. Manager.
To prepare, compile and check the documents pertaining to WHO-GMP & other Statutory body Audit requirements.
Preparation & compilation of regulatory documents – License & certificate application.
Prepare and review of Validation master plan (VMP) and Site Master File (SMF).
Issuance & ERP authorization of Tablet BMR’s, in absence of Dinesh
Taste Trials of UK Products (Along with the Taste trial team).
Interactions with Store, Production & QA-HO for new vendor Raw materials Trial and Circulars.
Tablets/Capsules/Liquid Orals - Online coding / overprinting approvals.
To monitor the MRP revisions of Domestic products on monthly basis and e-mail circulars to HO upon implementation.
Preparation of Flow charts of Tablets/Capsules/Liquid formulations for records and fulfill other registration requirements.
FGTN & FGRN Release in ERP and to save FGTN & FGRN release E-mail in QA File-server.
Provide training to IPQA on Quality procedures, SOPs, cGMP guidelines.
Responsible for handling the departments in absence of Line QA’s.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:- B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy

Experience:- 4 to 6 Years (Pharmaceutical Industry)
