Job Description

Key Roles:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance the restaurant’s online presence.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain customers through digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Respond to comments, reviews, and messages promptly to build customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
  • Content Creation:
  • Design promotional materials, banners, and videos tailored to the restaurant’s theme and events.
  • Collaborate with photographers/videographers for high-quality food and event visuals.
  • Online Advertising:
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
  • Track ROI and optimize ad spend for maximum reach and conversions.
  • Website Management:
  • Ensure the restaurant’s website is up-to-date with menus, events, and offers.
  • Optimize the website for SEO to improve search rankings.
  • Email and SMS Campaigns:
  • Create and manage email newsletters and SMS campaigns to promote offers, events, and loyalty programs.
  • Customer Engagement and Feedback:
  • Monitor online reviews on platforms like Zomato, Google Reviews, and TripAdvisor.
  • Engage with customers by addressing feedback and ensuring a positive brand reputation.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
  • Event Promotion:
  • Strategize digital promotions for restaurant events, special nights, and seasonal offers.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports showcasing key metrics and areas for improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM.
  • Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,395.20 - ₹33,528.08 per month
