Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Assist in the execution of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

● Manage daily posting, content updates, and engagement across platforms like

Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

● Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using

Google Analytics and other tools.

● Basic SEO tasks such as on-page optimization, meta tag updates, and keyword

research.

● Collaborate with the content, graphics, and technical teams to ensure consistent brand

messaging.

● Perform competitor research and suggest improvements.

● Learn and work on basic automation workflows using tools like Make.com and n8n

(added advantage).

● Regularly report campaign metrics and suggest improvements.

Tools and Technology Skills:

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEMrush, Canva, Wordpress, Email Tools, Microsoft Excel, Social Media Scheduling Tools (e.g., Buffer/Hootsuite)

Soft Skills:

Communication Skills, Strategic Thinking, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Time Management, Problem Solving, Collaboration, Adaptability, Attention to Detail

Domain Skills:

SEO (On-page), SEM (Basic Campaign Support), Email Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Coordination, Digital Campaign Reporting, Keyword Research, Competitor Research,

Preferred Qualification:

● Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

● 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing or internship experience

● Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing

● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, and content management systems

● Eagerness to learn new tools like Make.com and n8n

● Good verbal and written communication skills
